I believe that clearly defining your financial goals, making a plan of how to use your money and keeping track that you follow your plan , is a great personal finance game plan. I just used the word, plan, 3 times in one sentence. For me budgeting is all about planning and sticking to the plan.
Its about looking for budgeting tools that are effective and convineint for me. Am talking about, budget rules ( e.g 20%/30%/50%), spending and budget trackers apps, and investing in leaning more about the topic in question.
The ultimate goal, is to attain financial freedom, build a generational wealth. I for one believe that, in as much as we work hard, invest, save, it is also important to use money wisely, hence budgeting becomes a corner stone to it all and something worth putting a thought into.
