Looking back, there were seasons in my life that just didn’t make sense. I had to hold on to my faith, even while everything around me gave me pretty good reasons to fall apart. And perhaps I did fall apart—maybe just not entirely. There were moments when I wasn’t sure if my own strength could carry me.
If I could go back in time to the younger version of myself, I would tell her one thing: “Remember whose hands your life is in.”
I was temepted to say let go and let God, but then again, i know in those raw moments being told to let go can feel like a stab on an already bleeding heart.
If we are ever to make it, as children of God, remember that it is not by our strength alone. We need Divine help to carry us through certain seasons. The gray areas in life requires us to trust in God, not in the possibilities, or reality or even the outcome. BUT BEING STILL IN FULL KNOWLEDGE THAT HE IS GOD!
