The voice in me

Found myself on an island. Far away from the busy world.  Peaceful,  refreshing and well needed. The beautiful sunsets and long calming nights. Nature walks alone with my thoughts, trying to find myself again. A break I needed from my daily work life routine.

Everything just slowed down. The joy of being relieved of all expectations and responsibilities that one has to carry everyday. And a lovely opportunity to pray, meditate and spend time with God.

I would do this over and over again.
